This is our 20 lbs Salmon Share. You may pick the size fillets you would like - Full Fillets, Portions, or an equal mix of both. Full Fillets average 1.5 lbs. each. Portions average 1/2 pound each. All of our salmon is top quality, hand filleted, vacuum sealed and flash frozen for ultimate feshness.

We are in our PRE-ORDER time, anything you order will be for delivery in August/ September. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up or delivery depending on your delivery selection. If you live in or within 15 miles of our listed cities you are able to select "Home Delivery" for pre-order shares only. If you would like any of our non pre-order items we can include those in with a pre-order.
